The Centre for Crowd and Safety Management was set up to help in the creation of a safer security environment. The Centre is supported by a wide range of companies in the Crowd Management and Close Protection industries both at home and abroad.

Skills for Security was launched in 2006 and as the Skills and Standards Setting Body for the Security Business Sector.
