Brian Dubiski is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategic marketing executive with a career spanning sports, entertainment, and media. He is the CEO of the Union Jack Classic, a landmark event bringing American college football to London’s iconic Wembley Stadium in 2026. Brian also owns Zelus Media Group, a leading radio broadcast and digital marketing company in Phoenix, and serves as Partner and Vice President of Business Development at Rhino Marketing, a global agency with offices in the U.S. and U.K.

Over the years, he has partnered with internationally recognised brands such as Toyota, NFL UK, and Formula One, helping drive growth through sponsorship, branding, and strategic media initiatives. Brian is a former college football player at Texas Tech University and holds a BS of Economics degree.

Brian’s most passionate initiative is the formation and co-founder of Pink Bows Foundation, formed after losing his daughter Madison Dubiski at the Travis Scott Astroworld Festival tragedy in 2021. The Foundation is dedicated to advancing crowd safety measures, while advocating to create positive fundamental changes in the live events space. The Foundation created the first of its kind, internationally accredited Showstop® Procedure course in 2024 with the goal of global standardisation. To date, the Foundation has been successful in training over 450+ attendees from North America, to the UK and Europe, as well as Australia and Saudi Arabia, and has garnered immense support from safety organisations and recognition from groups around the world.
