Philip Kolvin KC is a licensing barrister at 11 KBW. He is a former Chair and a current Patron of the Institute of Licensing, the author or editor of a number of books in the field of licensing and regulation and an Associate Fellow at the University of Westminster’s Centre for Law, Society and Popular Culture.
He served three terms on the Board of the Sports Grounds Safety Authority and represented Sheffield City Council at the Hillsborough Inquests.
