Prior to establishing TMS Protection Ltd in 2013, Tom served as a Police Officer with Kent Police. His extensive expertise and proven track record in the Security Industry have made him a highly regarded professional, resulting in appointments to prominent industry associations such as Director of the Events Industry Forum (EIF) and Vice Chair of the United Kingdom Crowd Management Association (UKCMA).
