Information and communication are central to what we do, it’s easy to drill down to see activity on any ticket, and instantly add alerts and instructions for gate staff to be triggered when a ticket is scanned.
The live control dashboard is backed up with a mobile dashboard app for those on the ground, with both providing automatic alerts as remaining capacity drops.
To help with managing capacity, the real-time info in the mobile app, makes it easy to manage one-out-one-in on-the-ground.
The system is easy and flexible to set up, the only requirement, to enable real-time reporting, is internet access Wi-Fi.
It’s also designed to be robust and cope with the ‘challenges’ of event Wi-Fi; if event Wi-Fi goes down the system will continue to work standalone, so ticket scanning and counting can continue, with the data automatically synchronising when Wi-Fi returns.
We believe events of all sizes deserve the same service, and the system is designed to scale as needed. We’ve supported beauty conferences in Birmingham for two hundred, to events like Liverpool’s Eurovision Big Welcome & Live Final Screening with many thousands of attendees, and the UAE Pavilion at Dubai Expo which welcomed over a million visitors.
