Our aim is to bring together every function required to deliver activities of any sizes, so we can share knowledge and learn from one another. From local authorities to blue light services, crowd managers to programmers, students to venue operators, promoters to sports clubs – there will be entry points and sessions designed to improve your understanding of the wider industry.

At the 2025 conference there will be many more opportunities for informal networking and socialising, establishing connections, and meeting potential new clients across the two days – some of which can be booked below.

Early-bird prices will run until 31st December 2024 and conference accommodation is limited, so we would advise booking early!

UKCMA Members £80 per delegate

Non-Members £100 per delegate

Price includes unlimited tea and coffee, and lunch on the second day (accommodation must be booked separately).
