His career spans frontline event delivery through to senior management and leadership, including early crowd management responsibilities at major festivals and holding key event operations roles at Manchester Arena.
Now Head of Group Security at Legends Global, Tim overseas security, crowd safety, and emergency response preparedness across a diverse portfolio of prestigious venues. As Chair of the National Arenas Association (NAA) Security Working Group, he promotes collaboration and best practice across the UK arena sector, supporting the continued development of professional standards in crowd safety and event security.
