We are a small bespoke company intent on enhancing public safety at festivals, events and gatherings of any size or scale. We will prepare, write and deliver Crowd Management Plans suited to your unique needs. We also deliver training based on real experience to those interested in learning about crowd and general event safety.

Gentian Events Ltd was established by Eric Stuart to offer crowd and event services to the entertainment industry. Based centrally in Bedfordshire, we are within easy reach of most of the UK.

Gentian Events has been in existence since 2009 but its team have many years more experience than that with Notting Hill Carnival, New Years Eve and the 2012 Olympic Torch Relay being just a few of our experiences. Our director is the co-author of the UK Good Practice Guide to Working in Safety Advisory Groups and delivers training nationally on the subject.

More recently, Gentian has delivered crowd safety at events ranging from Motor Sport to Festivals, from Historical events to Tall Ships and from Classical Concerts to Electronic Dance Music Festivals.

In ‘quiet’ times, we deliver training to scores of local authorities, emergency services and individual companies to enhance their own ability to deliver events safely.

We will work closely with you and your own team from inception, through planning and liaison with agencies through to delivery and even debrief of the event should you wish.
