Our system-building approach allows Pair to support the way each organisation actually works. This includes workforce management from recruitment and BS 7858-focused screening and management through to scheduling, deployment and lone worker safety, alongside integrated learning and training tools that enable organisations to deliver consistent training to their own workforce, maintain training records and provide training and learning materials to third parties.

Pair Software is also the developer of the Martyn’s Law Portal, applying the same systems management approach to preparedness: helping organisations manage their premises, events, people, responsibilities, actions, training and evidence within one connected system.
