Compact gained our SIA approved contractor status award 7 years ago and continue to work hard to improve each year across all our operations attaining a score in the top 10% of companies in the UK. As such have built a successfully accredited platform that underpins the business focus on product delivery and client user experience.

We work in conjunction with our clients to engage openly at all levels of business to ensure an effective security solution is identified on an individual basis and robust, auditable quality led services are put in place to this effect. No one client is the same and we recognize that.

Our customer focus has been as much of an influential factor in establishing and enhancing our reputation as indeed security and safety have been throughout a progression into one of the North Wests leading providers of Licensed Security Staff. Compact has adopted the UKAS Approved ISO 9001 criteria for its Quality Management System (QMS), the management principles and auditing process set the framework for senior management to ensure customers consistent, good-quality products and services.

Compact’s internal compliance processes ensure BS7858 for Screening and Vetting is maintained. Continual vetting checks are part of an ongoing auditing process, all SIA staff added to the watch list SIA staff watch list.

Senior management at Compact have Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Event Safety Management Qualification. And, or National Compliance and Risk Qualification (NCRQ) Level 6 Applied Health and Safety.

Compact has attained the gold standard in occupational Health and Safety in holding UKAS ISO45001 accreditation in Occupational Health and Safety and held for 3 years, annually audited to maintain the accreditation gives confidence in our process’s
